With over 9 years of success in the Australian education industry, we are proud to provide ethical, personalised, and high-quality education and migration services to students worldwide. This is a target-based role, perfect for individuals who are driven by results and eager to achieve and exceed their goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Advising international students on a wide range of education pathways including schools, vocational training, and higher education in Australia and other global destinations.

  • Assisting students with course applications, enrolments, and visa requirements.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with education providers and staying up to date with course offerings and admission requirements.

  • Conducting thorough assessments of students' goals and academic backgrounds to recommend the most suitable study options.

  • Supporting students throughout their study journey, from initial counselling to enrolment and beyond.

  • Promoting Merit Education and Migration Service’s brand and offerings to prospective students and global education agents.

  • Working closely with international offices and Country Managers to grow student recruitment.

  • Leading a team of counsellors, ensuring efficient, accurate, and student-centric services.

  • Maintaining 100% data accuracy across all client records in our CRM.

  • Nurturing strong client relationships to build a consistent pipeline of new and returning students.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in international education counselling or student services.

  • Demonstrated success in managing student applications, enrolments, and visa processes.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with culturally diverse clients.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design academic pathways.

  • Solid understanding of Australian visa regulations and the international education sector.

  • QEAC certification is required.

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language is highly desirable.

  • A goal-driven mindset – we strongly encourage applications from those who are eager to meet and exceed targets.

What we offer

  • Base salary up to $80,000 plus attractive performance-based incentives.

  • A modern and vibrant office in Sydney CBD, with beautiful George Street views.

  • A supportive, professional environment with opportunities for growth and career development.

  • A chance to be part of a reputable organisation with 9+ years of service in the international education industry.
