Merit Education and Migration Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Education Counsellor (QEAC) to join our growing team in our Sydney CBD office, offering stunning views of George Street.

Advising international students on a wide range of education pathways including schools, vocational training, and higher education in Australia and other global destinations.
Assisting students with course applications, enrolments, and visa requirements.
Maintaining strong relationships with education providers and staying up to date with course offerings and admission requirements.
Conducting thorough assessments of students' goals and academic backgrounds to recommend the most suitable study options.
Supporting students throughout their study journey, from initial counselling to enrolment and beyond.
Promoting Merit Education and Migration Service’s brand and offerings to prospective students and global education agents.
Working closely with international offices and Country Managers to grow student recruitment.
Leading a team of counsellors, ensuring efficient, accurate, and student-centric services.
Maintaining 100% data accuracy across all client records in our CRM.
Nurturing strong client relationships to build a consistent pipeline of new and returning students.
3–5 years of proven experience in international education counselling or student services.
Demonstrated success in managing student applications, enrolments, and visa processes.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with culturally diverse clients.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design academic pathways.
Solid understanding of Australian visa regulations and the international education sector.
QEAC certification is required.
Fluency in English and at least one additional language is highly desirable.

Base salary up to $80,000 plus attractive performance-based incentives.
