Your role
Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency? As a Senior Emerging Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our Delivery and Information Business Unit. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Emerging Technology and Efficiency, and other dynamic teams, you will harness emerging technologies to tackle efficiency challenges head-on. This role is all about collaboration, innovation, and ensuring our members have the best possible experience.
Key responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by strategically leveraging emerging technologies to address efficiency challenges.Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the adoption and integration of emerging technologies.Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and collaborate on innovative technology-led solutions.Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of implemented technology-driven solutions.Champion the implementation of technology or process changes to enhance efficiency across the business unit.Provide expert advice to senior business stakeholders on the feasibility and appropriateness of emerging technologies.Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, supporting engagement with auditors and regulators.Maintain meticulous records to ensure technology adoptions align with change management requirements.Engage with senior business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with their objectives and business needs.Represent the Emerging Technology and Efficiency team in high-level forums and strategic working groups.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively adapting and refining strategies.Develop learning and education materials to facilitate the effective adoption of emerging technologies.About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience in the superannuation and/or wealth management industry.Is proficient in analytical thinking and clear communication skills.Has experience with AI and Automation technologies, specifically Microsoft Copilot and automation workflows.Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Architecture, or a related field.Possesses strong written communication skills.Has experience in managing senior stakeholders and building productive business relationships.Enjoys working with data, identifying issues and opportunities, and anticipating business needs.Is practical and logical in decision-making.Is goal-oriented and driven, while maintaining positive interpersonal relationships.
