About the role

Aesthete Hair Salon in Bonner, ACT is seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and colouring services to our diverse clientele. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, contributing to the continued success of our well-established salon.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to clients

• Advising clients on the latest hair trends, products, and treatments

• Maintaining and developing your technical skills through ongoing training and development

• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon by delivering outstanding customer service

• Mentoring and supporting junior stylists to help them develop their skills

• Ensuring the salon's high standards of hygiene and safety are upheld at all times

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Hairdresser in a professional salon environment

• Needs to be available on a Monday, Wednesday and every second Saturday. Extra days are available for the right fit

• Proven expertise in a wide range of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised consultations

• A creative flair and passion for the latest hair trends and industry innovations

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively

• Current hairdressing qualifications and registration
