We are currently recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner for Boeing Australia on a temporary 6 month contract to be based at Edinburgh RAAF Base, Adelaide.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, HR Partners, the Senior HR Business Partner will provide generalist HR advice, support and services to management and employees across the business to assist in achieving business objectives in accordance to Boeing's vision and strategy. Your understanding of contemporary HR related legislation and policies and as they relate to the appropriate industrial relations environment combined with an understanding and alignment of Boeing values will set you up for great success in this role. Attention to detail in managing sometimes complex tasks that require coordination and planning is also key.
This position is hybrid with much flexibility, however due to the hands-on nature of the business, such a client facing role is expected to be on site 3 days a week to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Key accountabilities
Education
A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations or similar is desired, but not essential.
