The People and Performance branch supports the Directorate through the provision of a broad range of strategic and operational human resource management functions including employee and industrial relation, recruitment, and retention, learning and development, rewards and recognition, workplace culture and HR policy, organisational design, and workforce planning.

As part of a results driven team, your role will be to assist the senior leadership team in providing a range of recruitment activities in support of the ACT Public Schools and the Education Support Office.

You will be required to establish and maintain productive partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high quality and accurate advice to our clients in relation to their day-to-day operational recruitment related tasks.

We are supportive of hybrid work arrangements including a combination of working from home and the office in Stirling. You will also have FREE parking right in front of the building!

Eligibility/Other Requirements: This position requires a solid understanding of the HR context or relevant qualifications/experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
