Are you an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer looking to make an impact in a large-scale enterprise environment?

Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to find a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer.

Our client is at the forefront of government service delivery, supporting millions of Australians through world-class technology platforms and digital capabilities.

As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and efficient operation of all related services. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in a complex ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services with focus on Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI and Copilot
  • Ensure environment compliance with security, organisational and government policies
  • Develop and maintain system configuration documentation, procedures and user guides
  • Implement automation and scripting solutions across M365 and on-premises landscapes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure service reliability
  • Optimise integration between cloud services and existing on-premises infrastructure
Key Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years managing enterprise Microsoft environments and 3 years of Microsoft 365 experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 product suite (Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI and Copilot)
  • Demonstrated experience integrating cloud services with on-premises infrastructure
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting for Microsoft environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
