Senior Manager, Corporate & International Tax

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to join our Corporate & International Tax team in Adelaide. You will be part of a collaborative team that takes a holistic approach to tax advisory work, covering all aspects of the Australian and international tax spectrum. You will be involved in providing advisory and/or compliance services to our clients ranging from medium sized clients to multinational brand names.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading multiple engagements of varying size and complexity, including overseeing deliverables, work allocations, deadlines, and budgets
• Undertaking tax due diligence assignments and transactional work
• Researching and drafting complex tax letters of advice
• Liaising with the ATO regarding client matters
• Review of income tax returns and work papers
• Review of tax effect accounting calculations
• Coach, support and develop team members

About You

• Previous corporate tax experience in a professional services or legal services firm
• CA / CPA, CTA or other relevant industry accreditation
• Excellent client advisory and communication skills
• Strong Australian tax technical skills
• Solid research, writing and analytical skills with an interest to develop these further
• Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with external clients
