Customer centricity is at the heart of everything we do. In our Centre of Excellence for Research and Design, we work closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to ensure the voice of the user is present in every product and service we create.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex challenges and translating them into elegant, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences. Reporting to the Lead Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping design solutions across platforms, guiding design teams, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for users.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Advocate
- Champion customer centricity across every stage of design and delivery.
- Balance user needs with business and technical constraints to deliver desirable, feasible, and viable solutions.
Collaborate
- Work alongside researchers, product managers, engineers, and other designers to build and improve digital experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design.
- Engage with agile teams, contributing design leadership across initiatives and helping teams reach the best outcomes.
Create
- Develop design deliverables including user flows, journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Clearly articulate ideas, concepts, and rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visual design.
- Contribute to design critiques and iterate on feedback to ensure a high standard of work.
Contribute
- Mentor and support designers across different levels of experience.
- Contribute to and help maintain a unified design system, promoting consistency and efficiency across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in design practice and team culture through collaboration and active participation in design ceremonies.
Essential Experience:

5+ years’ experience in a user experience, product, or interaction design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital design.
- Background in designing digital products, enterprise platforms, or large-scale websites, with a solid grasp of customer-centric practices across digital and omnichannel ecosystems.
- Experience working within large organisations or enterprise environments, with exposure to product roadmaps and digital strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs and behaviours into actionable solutions.
- Comfortable analysing quantitative and qualitative data (including analytics, NPS, CSAT, CES) to drive insight-led design decisions.
- Proficiency with modern design, collaboration, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), and solid experience with design systems and UX methodologies.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering polished design work.
