Business Bank (BB) offers a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers. We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.
The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product and Portfolio Management, Cash Channel Strategy, Merchant Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.
Specifically, you will join the Deposits and Transaction Crew, within Everyday Business Banking where you will manage the product lifecycle through a deep understanding of the high-profile customer outcomes and needs and connecting them to our Everyday Business Banking objectives.
The Deposit Acquisition & In Life Management squad is accountable for the management and optimisation of our deposit products whilst also managing the portfolio P&L for each product. We prioritise our customers above all else, relentlessly improving their experience and solving their unmet needs.

You are a Senior Product Manager and passionate about product management and customer with existing product management experience. You will be responsible to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk and product governance requirements, managing the products P&L, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business.
We Are Looking For People Who Have
Experience as a Product Manager with 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial services.Demonstrated people leadership experience.Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholdersAppropriate university qualification; degree or mastersStrong commercial acumen with experience in product strategy, planning and execution.Experience in managing P&L of a portfolioComfortable with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change.Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others.Risk Mindset – All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
