Senior Property Manager

An exciting opportunity for excellence in a boutique well established Real Estate office in Pyrmont! As our Senior Property Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations and management of our properties. You’ll have the autonomy to run your own show, with the support of a lean, collaborative team. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and a strategic thinker, to deliver exceptional service to tenants and property owners alike. Key Responsibilities:Property Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, perform regular financial reporting, and ensure that properties are running profitably.Lease Negotiations & Renewals: Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with regulations and market trends.Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance requests, ensuring properties are kept in pristine condition.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of long-term property management strategies that align with the brand’s goals.
