As part of their successful team, you will be a proactive and motivated Property Manager looking for a stable, long-term role in property management, working alongside a team of experienced and supportive professionals.
In this position, you will oversee a well-maintained and manageable portfolio along the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs, with no weekend work, no leasing duties, and full administrative support. You’ll work independently within a family-friendly office, where the environment is collaborative and everyone works together as a team.
The Role;
- $80,000 - $90,000 + Super
- WFH Flexibility
- Monday – Friday, NO Saturdays
- No Routines! No Entries!
- Heaps of career progression is desired!
- No trust accounting or Leasing
- VA to assist with all admin tasks

About You: - A 'can do' attitude
- Minimum 3+ years of Property Management experience
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Prior experience managing a residential portfolio
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable Presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong Communication skills
