The Opportunity: This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of Property and Commercial matters, including: Property transactions – large-scale acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projectsCommercial contracts – drafting and negotiating business agreements, joint ventures, and shareholder agreementsBusiness structuring & advisory – advising SMEs and corporate clients on asset protection and risk managementMergers & acquisitions – handling business sales, due diligence, and corporate transactionsProperty finance & securities – assisting clients with structured lending and mortgage matters As a Special Counsel - Property & Commercial Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers, oversee complex matters, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.
