About the Company:

An exciting opportunity has presented for a passionate Senior Estimator looking to join one of Brisbane's most highly regarded D&C Residential building companies. Specialising in architectural homes typically in the $1-2mil plus range, they are renowned for their customer focus, integrity and award winning designs.

About the Position:

This is an opportunity to work on architecturally designed one off builds in an established company with excellent processes and systems as well as an excellent company culture. 

Responsibilities will include scheduling, sales estimating and variations as well as supplier discussions and site visits. 

What we're looking for:

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of 4 years estimating experience 

• Databuild experience preferred however not essential

• Experience on custom home or D&C projects

• Strong work ethic and team player

• Strong attention to detail

• Trade or relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
