Senior Security Technician

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Technician who is Integriti certified, who will work closely with the National Technical Solutions Manager and National Project Manager and will be responsible for the service, programming and installations of electronic security equipment for our clients.

The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Duties include:

• Working on Integriti Systems

• Diagnoses and fault finding

• Conduct maintenance for Alarms, CCTV & Access Control systems.

• Liaising with customers on technical and service matters.

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.

• Other duties where required.

Skills and experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Electronic Security Service Technician.

• Qualified with Integriti Software and experience using the software.

• A valid QLD Security License

• A valid QLD Installers License issued by LRD.

• Open Registration Cabling License.

• White Card.

• A valid Driver’s License.

• Experience with Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems.

• Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A high level of accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure.
