SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Tony White Group, Trinity Auto Group is a substantial dealership, located in tropical Cairns in North Queensland. Trinity Auto Group is a large multi-franchise group of 13 new car brands with multiple used car and service locations.

As a Senior Service Advisor you will have learned and developed the skills to provide dealership service department customers with excellent customer service and contribute to a professional and profitable service department. You will do this by performing sales and clerical duties relating to the service department.

A Service Advisor will;

Provide excellent customer service and build ongoing professional relationships with customers

• Communicate precise and timely information between our customers and workshop staff

• Liaise with dealership team members in our workshop, parts and sales departments

• Complete sales, clerical duties, service appointments, data entry, invoicing and arranging parts to be available for scheduled work

• Possess a positive and outgoing personality

• Have the ability to multi-task and work with deadlines

• Interstate travel may be required to attend manufacturer training after successful probation.

Skills & Experience

• Must have a valid manual Queensland driver’s license

• Proven experience in customer service outcomes

• IT and computer literacy essential, experience with Microsoft Office, Data Entry & Working knowledge of Pentana DMS (eraPower) highly regarded.

• Ability to communicate efficiently and accurately both verbally and through written form

• Ability to understand & meet KPI's

• Knowledge of motor vehicles and mechanics would be an advantage

• Persons with experience in workshop/trade departments encouraged to apply

• Ability to exceed manufacturer expectations and standards

• Team player whom enjoys working in a large team environment

• Outgoing and customer focused individuals that enjoy working in dynamic environments encouraged to apply.

• Sales, negotiating and conflict resolution skills will be highly regarded.

Remuneration

• This position attracts a salary as well uncapped weekly earning potential & monthly commissions paid on KPI benchmark achievements 

• Company vehicle may be available for the successful candidate
