Senior Solicitor

Solicitor Full-time – 5 days in office located Sydney CBD.Must have 3-5 years Post Qualified Experience.Training will be provided in regards to our systems and policies. Our experienced legal team practices in several areas of law, including commercial litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and insolvency law, construction law, family law, property law, and criminal law. We are looking for a Solicitor to work closely with the Principal and the team. About the Role Manage a diverse caseload, providing legal advice and support to clients.Conduct legal research and draft documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.Brief and instruct Counsel and prepare correspondence, evidence, briefs and court documentation.Attend court, tribunals, mediations, and client meetings.Collaborate with senior solicitors and partners on complex legal matters.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.Communicate frequently and effectively with clients and other professionals The Candidate Qualified solicitor in Australia with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experienceLitigation and commercial law experience is preferred, but not essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to meet competing deadlines and work under pressure;Confidence to liaise with professionals at all levels;Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively;Great organisational skills and a keen eye for detail;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
