Vivad is a leading large format digital printing company, producing high-quality banners, billboards, and truck side curtains. Many of our products are finished with either a 2-pack clear coat or an anti-graffiti coating to ensure durability and performance.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Spray Painter to take on a key role in setting up and running our brand new paint shop. This is a unique opportunity to bring your technical expertise and leadership skills into a role where you’ll have real input into the setup, systems, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage our new spray painting facility

• Apply high-quality 2-pack and anti-graffiti coatings to a variety of substrates

• Oversee workshop safety, maintenance, and quality standards

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Train and supervise junior staff as the department grows

About You

• Proven experience as a spray painter, ideally with 2-pack systems

• Strong understanding of paint shop operations and safety procedures

• Hands-on, solutions-focused, and ready to take initiative

• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Business or operational acumen is a bonus
