Senior Strata Manager

• $100K - $120K + Super + B’s

• Upper North Shore location

Our Client:

A renowned boutique strata management company led by actively involved directors who personally oversee the day-to-day operations. With a strong focus on personalised service and individual attention, the business maintains full accountability for all activities, ensuring clients receive a hands-on and high-quality experience.

Duties:

Your duties as a Senior Strata Manager include but are not limited to:

• Day to day management of your own portfolio – this will commence with 10 buildings and grow gradually
• Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporation & Executive Committees
• Prepare and undertake AGM’s, EGM’s etc
• Arrange access for quotes & repairs, and manage budgets
• Liaise with internal Insurance, Compliance and Finance teams for your schemes

Specific Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager with solid knowledge of the Act
• Have a customer-centric focus and ability to operate autonomously
• Strata License, car and drivers license
