Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support our corporate functions and shape how we attract the best talent into Stryker. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll partner with leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Data & Analytics, IT, Regulatory Affairs, the PMO and more. You’ll be responsible for setting, communicating and executing the talent acquisition strategy for these functions—aligning with business needs and keeping hiring focused on what matters most. You won’t just fill jobs—you’ll lead conversations, influence decisions and build strategies that drive outcomes. We’re open to people with experience in internal or agency recruitment. And you won’t be doing it alone—our coordination team supports you by booking interviews and managing admin tasks like purchase orders, so you can stay focused on what matters: finding the best talent and consulting with stakeholders.
