$85,000 base - $250,000 per year OTE

Are you a skilled and results-oriented sales professional ready to impact a dynamic and growing industry? Join Signature Security Group, a leader in cutting-edge security solutions, including professionally installed alarm systems, CCTV, monitoring services, and video guarding solutions. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Executive/Senior Tele Sales Consultant to engage clients, close deals, and help protect homes and businesses across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert Leads into Sales: Follow up on pre-qualified leads and inbound inquiries, turning them into successful sales.

  • Consultative Selling: Identify client needs through thoughtful discussions and recommend tailored security solutions, including video guarding services, alarms, and CCTV.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Organize and progress leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.

  • Overcome Objections: Confidently handle client concerns, offering value-driven solutions to close sales effectively.

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide expert advice, answer client questions, and ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to close.

  • Stay Ahead: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security technology, including video guarding solutions, alarms, and monitoring trends.

  • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Maximize sales opportunities by recommending additional products or services that enhance client security.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in security or technology sectors.

  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to explain complex solutions effectively.

  • Self-driven and strategic in prospecting and closing.

  • Existing network in the security industry (preferred).
