Job description

Service advisor role for Harley Magic and Suncity Powersports Cairns. Work with technicians and customers of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Seadoo Jetskis and Canam side by side vehicles. The role entails customer contact, direct their concerns and enquiries to our trained technicians in a timely and professional manner so they can deliver high quality work to our customers. Work with manufacturers to achieve desired outcomes, as well as manage factory warranty work. Liaise with insurance companies in regards to repair work on customer vehicles. The role entails a sound understanding of computer systems, great people interactive skills and the desire to combine a passion for powersports with a customer led service industry.
