Torque Toyota are looking to employ a Service Advisor to join the experienced team at Albion.

About this Role:

This role requires the Service Advisor to be genuinely motivated to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by:

  • Providing optimal customer care by determining customers' needs and clearly communicating these needs to the workshop so that vehicles are fixed and delivered on time
  • Providing clear explanations of the job, cost estimates and to keep customers informed of work in progress, any changes in costs and completion times
  • Selling additional work required
  • Maintaining an even flow of work
  • Organise, plan, monitor and control work orders
  • Coordinating the day-to-day operation of a very busy workshop
  • Previous experience as a service advisor will be highly regarded
  • Experience with Toyota brand an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requirements on a daily basis from taking bookings, communicating with the customer ensuring accurate information is provided
  • Invoicing and providing an excellent explanation of the work performed
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as managing customer files, invoicing and booking additional work
  • Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets

Must haves:

  • Valid QLD Drivers licence
  • Competent in the use of TUNE DMS an advantage
