Full-time | $65,000 – $75,000 OTE

About the Role 

Are you someone who thrives on meaningful customer interactions? As a Service Booking Consultant, you’ll proactively contact existing customers to schedule vehicle service bookings across our multi-franchise dealerships. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting over 18 service departments across Sydney

What We’re Looking For

  • Mandatory: Previous call centre or similar experience 

  • Strong customer service skills with a kind, friendly, and professional phone manner 

  • Ability to manage high-volume calls (70-90 daily once fully trained) 

  • Reliable team player who can also work independently 

  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and multiple screens 

Your Day-to-Day 

  • Making outbound calls to schedule vehicle services 

  • Providing top-tier customer service and maintaining accurate records 

  • Maintaining customer data to ensure accuracy and efficiency 

  • Ensuring every customer interaction reflects our high standards of care and professionalism
