About the role

We require a team player to work on a full-time basis performing servicing/ maintenance work on window furnishing products. Some installation work may be required from time to time. Your people skills are essential as you are a key part of the interaction between Kresta Blinds and our valued customers. Experience in either window furnishing fitting or building/handyman, or carpentry is preferred, but we can train the right person. 

Duties

·         Performing servicing, check measurements and maintenance work on window furnishing products

·         Identify technical faults and resolve installation issues

·         Fit window furnishings (blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings) in customers homes (occasionally)

·         Liaise with the Centralised service team who will coordinate your appointments

·         Provide exceptional customer service

You will have

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Ability to use a variety of software programs

·         Previous window furnishing fitting experience preferred but not essential

·         Proven handyman skills, proficient with hand tools and measuring equipment

·         Strong attention to detail and pride in work

·         An understanding of safe work practices
