The People Studio Group Pty Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, Global Sustain Services (GSS), for a full-time Corporate Services Manager to join their expanding team based in Docklands, Melbourne.

This is a key leadership role supporting the organisation’s operations, human resources, financial oversight, and compliance. It’s ideal for someone with a background in corporate or operational management who is looking to step into a hands-on, impactful position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day corporate operations including HR, administration, finance, and compliance

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar corporate or operational management role

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Finance or a related field (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership ability and confidence in managing staff

• Experience in human resource management and financial reporting

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive business efficiency

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
