Grafton Mazda is seeking a motivated Service Manager to lead our dynamic service department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated automotive professional to take the next step in their career and join a well-established dealership known for exceptional customer service and high quality workmanship.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
About The Role
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of customer service satisfaction, staff performance, and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and support a team of technicians, service advisor and apprentices
Ensure timely, quality servicing and repairs that exceed customer expectations
Drive department profitability and achieve performance KPIs
Manage bookings and workflow
Uphold compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development
Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Manager or senior role is preferred but not essential
Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
A sound understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic procedures is desirable but not essential
Valid driver's license
Customer focused attitude and passion for the automotive industry
