About You:

You are a member of the branch leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager and in partnership with Production, Engineering, Sales and Finance you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an exceptional level of service, every day.

Leading a large, dedicated Service team of professionals from Coordinators in the office, Account Managers, Transport Manager and Service Delivery People who are on the road, you are key to ensuring that the team has everything they need to achieve delivery in full on time and delight our customers.

You will be driven by service excellence and committed to motivating your team to get it right the first time and maintain the high performance standards you have set.

You are as passionate about the appearance of your fleet and how it represents the Alsco Uniforms brand as you are about safety and ensuring that the team are going home safe and well each day.

 Key Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Extensive, demonstrated leadership experience primarily focused on service teams where the majority of the team are on the road
  • Previous experience in a business-to-business service environment preferred but not essential
  • Intermediate to advance PC Skills including the ability create and analyse system reporting to assist in decision making and compliance tracking
