Service Supervisor

Eilbeck Cranes is a 100% Australian owned company operating in Australia for over 115 years specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of all types of overhead cranes, hoists, winches and servicing company which has national operations.

Eilbeck Cranes is seeking to employ a proactive Service Supervisor with a positive attitude to lead the BRISBANE based service team. 

About the JOB:

• Provide direction to the service technicians including allocation of jobs ensuring maximum productivity and quality of work is achieved at all times

• Carry out quotations and deliver to customers

• Co-ordinate the ordering of materials

• Work with the service coordinator in all areas of the business

• Carry out site visits and meet with new customers

• Be flexible in work hours

• Assume responsibility for the quality of work produced by the department and compliance with company and client policies and procedures

• Take responsibility for the team's safety management

• Maintain the existing client base with a view to growth

• Weekly reporting

About YOU:

• Have a sound understanding of the Overhead Crane business or similar

• Have a sound understanding of control systems and mechanical knowledge

• Electrical License would be advantageous

• Experience in a supervisory role

• Competent in MS office suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Be well organised and show effective time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Be safety conscious and promote a safe environment

• Strong customer focus

• Focus on growth
