Service Technician

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional products and services to our valued customers.  We are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Technician to join our team in Beverley and help us continue to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Servicing and repair of equipment on site and at workshop

• Managing personal tool kit and spare part list

• Pick up/Deliveries.

• Phone calls when necessary

• Liaising with site contacts and facility managers

• Basic iPad skills to use service portal. 

• Stock receiving and allocation. 

• Work hours generally Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm

Required Skills & Experience

• Mechanical, diagnostic, technical and communication skills

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to problem solve.

• Ability to work unsupervised.

• Positive, proactive, and passionate attitude

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to our clients

• Computer literacy 

• Strong time management skills and punctuality

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

• High attention to detail

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.

• High level of reliability and professional conduct

Required Licences and Compliance Checks

• A full driver’s licence.

• Current National Criminal records check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Full Covid 19 Vaccination and Influenza Vaccination
