Tasks & responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain CCTV inspection cameras and robotic cutters in the QLD factory.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their challenges and clearly explaining solutions.
- Collaborate remotely with our Sydney and Melbourne teams to ensure seamless service when needed.
Qualifications & experience
WHO YOU ARE
- Technical Expert: Experience in electronics/mechatronics and a Certificate III in Electronics (or similar).
- Independent Worker: Comfortable managing your own workload and solving problems on your own.
- Great Communicator: You’re approachable, friendly, and excel at delivering top-notch customer service.
- Detail-Oriented Problem-Solver: Organized and proactive in addressing technical issues and customer concerns.
