We have a proud history of building quality homes for Australians since 1976.This is a challenging and exciting role to work with our Service & Warranty Team as a Service & Warranty Inspector. The successful candidate will be inspecting sites within the Wide Bay Region!
Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Complete Service & Warranty Inspections as per standard procedures and process;
- Qualify defects, disqualify non defects and create scope of works for repairs with cost estimate;
- Complete Ad hoc Site Inspections for active jobs;
- Providing written assessments on all inspections;
- Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures; and
- Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.

The successful candidate will have:
- Completion of relevant tertiary education e.g. Building/Construction Diploma or of Trade Qualified background;
- Experience (3-5 years) in the Building/Construction Industry (preferably within the Volume New Home environment);
- Strong project management skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, WHS regulations and QA systems;
- A Customer Focus, Exceptional Communication and Conflict Resolution skills; and
- Competent using MS Office suite & confident at using IT systems and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
