Our client is a leading healthcare organisation committed to delivering world-class medical services and innovation. They are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join their IT Service Management team on a 6-month contract. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining, enhancing, and optimising their ServiceNow platform to support critical operations across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.

• Supporting modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

• Creating and maintaining user roles, access controls, groups, and permissions in line with healthcare data privacy standards.

• Designing and building workflows and automation using Flow Designer and Business Rules.

• Developing dashboards and reports to provide visibility across service operations.

• Troubleshooting platform issues and coordinating with ServiceNow support as needed.

• Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a complex enterprise or healthcare environment.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they apply in a healthcare setting.

• Experience with platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and Service Catalog configurations.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, consultative approach.

• ServiceNow Administrator certification (preferred but not essential).
