About the role

We are looking for a Settlements & Pre Verification Representative with a passion for customer service. You’ll be servicing the needs of our customers across multiple brands, based at our Caribbean Park office in Scoresby.

It’s a fast-paced and highly supportive customer-centric environment that places a big focus on your ongoing development and career pathway. Our Settlements team operates Monday through Sunday with full-time hours scheduled between 9am – 11 pm Monday – Friday, & 8 am – 5 pm Saturday and Sunday.  Our rostering system is designed to accommodate both business needs and your preferences, where possible.

We embrace a hybrid way of working model, where we enjoy 2-3 days per week in the office to foster team collaboration and additional in person days for training and special events. 
  
Please note, weekend availability is required for these positions. 
  
What will your journey look like?

Your role at TFA will start in the classroom for 2 weeks, where you will learn everything, you need to know about our products, processes, and the systems required to complete your role. You will then spend up to 4 weeks ‘nesting’ in a supportive environment that provides you with the extra coaching and feedback you will need to know to be successful in the role.  During your training and nesting period, full-time attendance onsite is a requirement.

Upon moving into your team, we provide regular monthly coaching & training to assist you on your learning journey.  This role will is a perfect start for those looking to move into Settlements & Pre-Verification area of finance, learning our business from the ground up.

We will continue to ensure you are supported every step of the way & are set up for success in your career through a tailored individual development plan that assists you in identifying and preparing for other roles within Toyota Finance, if that is what you want to do.
  
What can you expect?

We are proud of the supportive environment we have created which includes a minimum of two coaching sessions per month, a monthly catch-up with your manager to review your development plan.  Additionally, regular team meetings and huddles will keep you informed about business updates and help build relationships within your immediate team.
  
You will be expected to:

  • Engage with Business Managers & Retail Lending to provide solutions for customers seeking automotive finance and verification of customer details
  • Engage with our Settlement representatives to discuss applications and assist with solutions
  • Support other Operational teams when requested, to mitigate peaks in volumes.
  • Support the Operational business units with ad-hoc administrative inbound and outbound calls
  • Contribute to the success of our business through a Kaizen mindset, where continuous improvement is front of mind and changes are made with the customer at the heart of the outcome
  • Take responsibility for your results and development, using the expansive tools available to drive your career forward at TFA
