Sewing Machinist

We are looking for experienced Curtain Sewing machinist to work in a busy workroom based in Golden Grove. We are a local business that manufactures a variety of custom-made window coverings. The successful candidate will join our team on a casual bases with the possibility of a full-time position. 

• Must have previous industrial sewing experience
• Suitable position for someone with experience in making curtains, looking to return to the workforce

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Day to day duties include
• Use of an industrial sewing machine
• Handle a variety of soft furnishing fabrics
• Have an excellent eye for detail with a focus on quality
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Multi-task and work to set deadlines
• Ability to work unsupervised
