The Opportunity

Due to continued growth across our factory, we are currently seeking x4 Shift Supervisors (x2 Day shift, x2 Night shift) to lead our dedicated floor teams in the Filling and Packing departments at Chobani’s world-class manufacturing facility.

Operating 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, our facility runs on a rotating schedule where you’ll work a 7-day fortnight/13-day month, typically following a pattern of two 12-hour shifts on, followed by two days off. Shifts alternate between 6am–6pm (day) and 6pm–6am (night), allowing for a balanced lifestyle with ample time for family and personal interests.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of your shift including managing product quality, process consistency, equipment reliability, service levels, and cost efficiency. As we advance our lean manufacturing practices, you’ll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement and championing best-in-class performance across your team.

Skills & Experience

Ideally to be successful in the role you’ll have:

• Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment (food preferrable)

• A supportive hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering your team

• Exposure to lean manufacturing principles and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement in quality and cost

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and support your team in achieving KPIs
