About the role
The successful applicant main duties include but are not limited to:
- Operational responsibility of Port Agency for vessels under LBH Australia agency
- Liaising with branch offices for vessel operations
- Attending requirements from owners and masters
- Attending requirements from customers and principals
- Providing port information and estimated port disbursements to principals
- Coordinating crew change and ship spares with branch offices
Skills and experience
Applicants should have:
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Reliability, flexibility and a team-orientated mindset
