Site Administrator

Are you a super-organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re on the lookout for an experienced, proactive and detail-driven Site Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person supporting technical crews and senior management on site, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Effectively manage rosters, booking flights and accommodation via INX Inflight. 
• Provide comprehensive handovers and technical support to team members.
• Manage departmental schedules, leave requests and coordinate flight and accommodation arrangements as needed.
• High attention to detail in data entry, report generation, system updates and schedule management to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Oversee the onboarding process and profile creation for contractors on site, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support the HR department with the onboarding process, contributing to a smooth and effective integration of new team members.
• Processing payroll timesheets for internal staff and contractors, raising and track purchase order requisitions.

• Must have 2+ years FIFO experience.
• Strong administration background with the ability to meet deadlines & timeframes autonomously.
• Confident navigation of Microsoft Office suite primarily Excel and SharePoint.
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors, Pronto, SAP, Inflight, InControl and + Process.

• Valid WA C Class driver’s license.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Ability to pass Pre-employment Medical Fitness test and Laboratory. Drug and Alcohol Test.
