Site Administrator

We are seeking a talented SITE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team at Mackay!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling general administrative duties

• Managing timesheets

• Assisting with payroll, rosters

• HSE Administrative support

• Procurement

• Ensuring accurate data entry and updating reports regularly

• Preparing job packs and onboarding documentation for new employees

ABOUT YOU

• At least 12mths experience as a Site Administrator with a good understanding of a project environment 

• Must have site exposure in Mining industry

• Live local to Mackay

• Proficient in MS Office applications 

• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A current Drivers License is essential
