About the role

Based at our office at the Cowal Gold Mine, your hours will be 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for your project’s administration including reporting, timesheets, purchase orders, reconciling invoices, travel bookings, and end-of-month functions.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, scanning, filing, and distributing paperwork;
  • Data Entry;
  • Invoice and docket matching;
  • Generating purchase orders;
  • Handling correspondence;
  • Maintaining registers;
  • Timesheet entry;
  • Travel and accommodation bookings;
  • General Administration duties;
  • Responding to phone and email queries;
  • Assisting the project team as required.


About you

  • Currently living a commutable distance to West Wyalong;
  • Recent experience of office-based and/or on-site project delivery;
  • Experience with the processing and collating of timesheets;
  • A minimum of 12 months experience preparing and reconciling purchase orders, invoicing, and end-of-month reporting;
  • Ideally, hold a relevant Business Administration qualification (Cert 3/Cert 4/Diploma);
  • Be a team player with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude;
  • Has the ability to facilitate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Enjoys and thrives working in a busy team environment;
  • Good working knowledge of the Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • A current open driver’s licence.
