Site Superintendent

The Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to join our New Project on a casual basis based in Western Australia. The Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to multiple engineering disciplines, including structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical works, ensuring that all project activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the schedule, budget, and quality requirements. 

This role involves leadership of site teams, management of subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The superintendent will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all project phases.

What we are looking for 

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant industry certifications e.g Project Management, HSE
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction, mining, or resources sector, with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Extensive experience in managing multiple engineering disciplines (structural, mechanical, piping, electrical) on large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large, diverse teams and subcontractors
