We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team and help us bring beautiful homes to life across the Sunshine Coast & North Brisbane.

🔨 About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites — ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and our internal team to deliver exceptional results, every time.

🧱 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all site activities and trades to ensure build quality and efficiency

• Maintain regular, open communication with clients and provide timely updates

• Enforce site safety and ensure compliance with WHS regulations

• Identify and resolve on-site issues and potential delays

• Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure project milestones are achieved

• Maintain accurate site reports and project documentation

✅ About You We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in custom residential construction)

• Understands the full construction process, materials, and local building codes

• Leads by example with strong organisational and leadership skills

• Communicates clearly and confidently

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and solves problems on the fly

• Is tech-savvy with construction/project management software
