Site Supervisor

SITE SUPERVISOR

SA’s leading residential footing and concreting contractor is seeking an experienced site supervisor to join our construction team. 

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the supervision of earthworks, trenching, steel fixing, concrete placing and ancillary trades as well as undertaking detailed pre-site / post pour inspections and communicate with builders, engineer and other site specific stakeholders.

Must be:

• An excellent communicator, problem solver and people manager

• Able to liaise well with builder/clients and contractors

• A good organiser and manager of time, people and systems

• A team player – able to work with various personalities and temperaments

• Experienced in multi-faceted aspects of residential building not just concreting

• Able to read architectural ,contour, civil and engineering plans

• Able to use a laser level and determine cut and fill scenarios

• Able to accurately set out houses from boundary offsets

A building supervisor’s licence is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
