Site Supervisor - Roy Hill

Reporting to the GM, we are seeking an experienced and talented Site Supervisor to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders whilst driving a culture of safety and excellence.

About You
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can bring strong leadership and industry knowledge to the team. Possessing an extensive earthmover tyre fitting background and an unwavering commitment to safety, you will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to achieve results.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• You will have a proven ability to build and manage client relationships whilst working closely with your teams in achieving set goals and KPI’s. 

• The ability to work under pressure and a keen eye for detail are also critical for this role.

• Solid understanding of tyre operations and/or mining environments

• A track record of driving business improvements and safety initiatives and culture

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively across all levels

• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in earthmover tyre fitting

• A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role

• Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical – Tyre Fitting Heavy (AUR21920) or equivalent qualification

• Statutory 26 Certification (Desirable)
