Site Supervisor/Project Manager/Estimator

Seeking a skilled Site Supervisor/Project Manager to oversee residential housing projects from start to finish along with tendering and quoting on civil works projects. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, this will be 90% of your role, the additional 10% will assist within our civil division of the Business. 

We are a boutique Sydney building Co whom build between 5-10 houses per year, so we do not operate on a hectic schedule.

• Manage all aspects of residential housing projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Supervisory of Trades

• Dealings with PCA Inspections.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.

• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project deadlines or budget.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery processes.

• Able to do take offs, estimating and presenting quotations to our clientele

• Have an understanding of the code in finding building opportunities in certain areas of Sydney

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, not a necessity but would be an advantage.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Understanding of the building codes, able to communicate with our PCA (certifier)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
