We are seeking a dedicated SEM Executive (Advertising Specialist) to join our innovative Paid Search team. This role involves managing strategic paid media campaigns, analysing consumer data, and collaborating with teams to achieve client marketing objectives.

Task & Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute strategic advertising campaigns through Google Ads and various social media platforms to achieve sales and client objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients and internal executives on advertising strategies, identifying optimal methods to effectively reach target markets and increase consumer awareness.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum conversion and ROI.
  • Help and Oversee SEM campaign budgets, implementing strategic budget management to maintain efficiency and effectiveness within allocated resources for larger clients. Along with involving artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and placements, ensuring they are delivered within specified budgets and timeframes.
  • Analyse data on consumer behaviour patterns and preferences, and interpret market trends  (using Looker Studio and Power BI) to inform and adjust and plan campaign strategies proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to overarching marketing strategies to support the business growth and clients’ success.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions and adjustments for improved outcomes and exceptional results. 
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, integrating advanced insights to keep campaigns innovative and competitive. Along with market research to identify new market opportunities for products and services.
  • Utilize analytics tools proficiently, including Looker Studio and Power BI, to deliver insightful performance reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to market research initiatives for new and existing services.

Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s /Higher degree in higher qualification in Advertising or a highly relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience role, within advertisement industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets at scale, particularly within Google Ads, SA360, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer data and identify market trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating strategies and presenting actionable insights.
  • Proven capability in handling high-profile client portfolios, delivering strategic and results-driven digital advertising solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, quickly adapting to market changes and emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns, particularly within Google Ads, SA360, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in interpreting consumer data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategic insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Experience coordinating multifaceted advertising campaigns involving various specialized activities.
  • Skilled in budget management and financial allocation for digital advertising campaigns.
