The opportunity

As an SMSF Administrator at Morgans, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the smooth and regulatory-compliant oversight of our clients' SMSFs. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly organised and self-motivated, capable of independently managing their portfolio of SMSF clients. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, offering support and technical guidance to a diverse network of financial advisers.

What you will be doing

• Prepare Superannuation Fund annual financial accounts and member statements
• Prepare necessary ATO documentation
• Prepare Pension Commencement and Lump Sum withdrawal documentation
• Answer technical / strategy queries from our adviser network
• Maintain client database and update workflow daily
• Liaise with SMSF auditors as required

What you will bring

• Sound understanding of SMSF / Superannuation legislation and strategies
• Experience with BGL360 software or a similar SMSF software
• Proven track record in administering a large number of SMSFs
• Intermediate MS Office skills (i.e. Excel & Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work productively as part of a team
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to own a process from start to finish
