Snr Quantity Surveyor / Snr Estimator

Position: Senior Estimator / QSLocation: Onsite (Homebush, 5 days a week)Salary: Negotiable with the ideal candidate and mutually beneficial terms Are you an expert estimator or quantity surveyor with over 10+ years of experience in the Australian market or more in construction projects? We are looking for a skilful expert to drive our team, drive results, and be ready to make a significant impact. What you will be doing:Lead the estimation process for construction projects from inception to completion.Conduct detailed cost estimations and analysis for a variety of both civil and construction projects.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored, cost-effective solutions.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure accurate estimations and minimise risk during the life of the project.Mentoring and developing junior team members to enhance their skills and keep team capabilities excellent. Who you are:Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering or a related field.10+ years of experience in construction estimation, with a focus on commercial or industrial projectsProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codesProficiency in estimating software and tools (eg, Bluebeam, Procore, Plan Swift) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication, high accuracy, and interpersonal skills.
