What We Offer:

• Compensation: $45K - $60K Base (Full Time) + Commission + Super, plus advancement for skill growth

• Full-time (38 hours/week) & Part-time (20+ hours/week) positions with a career-oriented trajectory

• Willing to commit to 12-month employment.

In this role, you will:

• Teach private and group dance classes.

• Participate in social events, gala balls, competitions, and showcases.

• Build connections with students, helping them grow through dance and community involvement.

With over 300 studios across 22 countries, you’ll be part of the largest dance organization in the world, working with like-minded people in a professional and friendly atmosphere. 

Our instructors are not just great dancers but are patient and skilled professionals trained to teach people who have never danced before and those with experience under their belt.
