Job Description:
As the Social Media and Admin Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and managing administrative tasks to support our operations. The two main focuses in the role are ~ brand positioning and increasing revenue.
You will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, and ensuring seamless communication within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to keep our content relevant and appealing.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field are favourable, however not essential
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Planable) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, naturally.
- A passion for restaurants, bars, events and lifestyle.
