Social Media & Content Creator

Full Time | Hybrid | Sydney CBD

Fuel one of Australia’s fastest-growing food brands with content that hits hard.

About Feedwell

We’re Feedwell – the team behind Sydney’s most exciting corporate catering brand. We serve up fresh, fast, and damn good food to the likes of Google, TikTok, Amazon, PE Nation, and Louis Vuitton.

Our mission? To deliver the best food experience to the world’s best brands. We’re known for uncompromising quality, serious reliability, and a customer experience driven by innovation and heart. With big growth behind us (and even bigger ahead), our socials are the next rocket to launch — and that’s where you come in.

About You

You don’t just scroll — you create. You're the person in the group who always says “We should film this.” You live and breathe content, love storytelling, and get a kick out of turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping posts.

You’re already producing videos that rack up views and engagement, and now you’re ready to own a brand's voice across social channels. You thrive on autonomy, chase creative growth, and have a hunger to win.

You're someone who:

  • Spots social trends before they hit mainstream.

  • Knows how to translate brand voice into different platforms.

  • Has a track record of creating content that performs.

  • Loves food. (Or at least loves making it look damn good.)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Social Content Creation – Shoot and edit short-form video content that showcases our food, customers, events, and brand.

  • Creative Ideation – Pitch and plan concepts that align with our marketing calendar and brand strategy.

  • Copywriting – Write engaging, cheeky, or insightful captions that convert eyeballs into engagement.

  • Channel Management – Schedule and publish content across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Analytics & Improvement – Track what’s working and double down on what’s performing.

  • Influencer Management – Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with influencers that elevate our brand.

  • General Marketing Support – Pitch in where needed across the broader marketing function.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in content creation and social media management.

  • A portfolio that shows content that’s performed (show us the metrics!).

  • Strong skills in video editing and Canva.

  • Killer attention to detail.

  • Self-starter energy. You don’t need permission to make great things happen.

Bonus points if you:

  • Aren’t shy in front of the camera.

  • Have photography chops.

  • Are lowkey obsessed with food, aesthetics, or both.

Why You’ll Love Working at Feedwell
  • Creative Freedom – This is your stage. Test, fail, learn, repeat — that’s how we grow.

  • Big Growth, Real Ownership – You’ll own socials from end-to-end and see the direct impact of your work.

  • Mentorship – Work closely with our experienced Marketing Manager and creative Founder.

  • Career Growth – As we expand into new markets, you grow with us.

  • Innovative Culture – We don’t do boring. You’ll be part of a brand that’s disrupting how food and digital connect.

  • Oh, and the food – Let’s just say, there’s always something good around to shoot and eat.

Details
  • Hybrid: 4 days in our Sydney CBD office (2 min walk from Town Hall), 1 day from home.

  • Full-time role with a competitive salary.

  • Occasional on-site content shoots with our clients.

How to Apply

If this sounds like your dream role, apply via SEEK or directly and include:

  • A link to your portfolio or samples of your work.

  • A few words about your proudest content moment.

  • Specific examples of engagement metrics (if available).

Applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.
